The Single Greatest Evidence Of Genuine Salvation
If you ever doubted the Sovereignty of God, the reality that the Body of Messiah has continued on unto this day should solve that dilemma for you once-and-for-all. The fact that anybody gets saved is a Sovereignly miraculous and magnificent miracle that only God could pull off.

In my reading recently, there was a cross reference that led me to I Peter 1:13-25.
13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:
15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
17 And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:
18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.
22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:
25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

I just, this very minute, thought about a song Evangelist Lester Roloff would sing from I John 4:7-8. I tried to find it sung by him, but I couldn’t. I found this version instead. Give it a listen.

As I reflect upon my salvation, there were two significant aspects that proved to my soul I had gotten saved.
*First: I knew the Holy Ghost of God resided within me. Romans 8:16 — “The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God.”
*Second: There was, hitherto unknown to me, an internal longing to be with the people of God. This was a powerful witness to me. In part because, until God supernaturally swooped down and saved my wretched soul, I had no desire to be near anything remotely connected to church life. I had seen enough to conclude it wasn’t for me.
Therefore, for someone like me that had no clue anything like this born-again experience existed, these two things have managed to encourage and sustain me unto this day.
Amazing.

I’ve been at this now for 49 years … this walk of faith.
I’m not all I should be. I’m still, after all these years, a walking disaster.
But … I have always valued, treasured and sought to preserve the solidarity of this living organism called: The Body Of Christ.
The principle of solidarity amongst the people of God is an underlying theme winding its way from Genesis to Revelation.
As we know, God hates a mixture. But I’d venture to say He hates a separation within His Body even more. And make no mistake, Satan is the one behind any sort of fracturing among God’s people.
I’ve stated before:
Satan has successfully used a very specific strategy against God’s people from the Garden. It’s two-fold:
*To separate man from God.
And,
*To separate man from one another.
Therefore:
We must guard our family relationships.
We must guard our friend relationships.
We must guard our fellowship relationships.

As nations increasingly acquiesce to the One World Globalist agenda, the Spirit of God will heighten the emptiness people know resides within them. When that happens we, the Body of Messiah, will have an amazing opportunity to manifest …

John 13

7 Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.
8 Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth.
9 He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now.
10 He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.
