Shalom everyone! We have a new YouTube channel now. Our first video is an introduction of our congregation, what we are all about and so on. Take a look!
Why is it that believers these days don’t know the names of some of the greatest preachers and missionaries of previous generations?
Names like: D.L. Moody; George Mueller; John Patton; Hudson Taylor; George Whitefield; Jonathan Edwards; Charles Finney; C.H. Spurgeon

It amazes me that the issue of Bible translation is constantly in a state of flux. Every time one turns around there is some new something that has been found and discovered that will bring us closer to the actual words of God. I’m so glad I got off this squirrel cage. 1 Corinthians 16:13 — Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.
This is such a powerful verse. So much is crammed into these few words. I want to focus on: “quit you like men.”
Today I was meditating on this verse while driving around in my school bus. I cut 3×5 cards in half and write on them a verse or so. I lay it out in plain view to look at. Today is Thanksgiving Day. It’s a great day for reflection. Continue reading “Thanksgiving”

Paul had sensed that things weren’t quite right with some in the assembly. You can see this as you read the Epistle. The only way Paul could get to the bottom of it was by making them take a good hard look at themselves. Continue reading “Whether Ye Be In The Faith”
