Satan Is After Our Children
That has always been his goal, the greatest of all his desires.
Just think back to the Garden of Eden and the first aftermath of Man’s Downfall …
Cain slew Abel.
It wasn’t just about the parents. It was about impacting the next generation as well. And right at the start Satan claims a 50% net gain. Think of that.
I John 3
11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. 12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.

We are living in unprecedented, unparalleled, unbridled times of Demonic Darkness. Darkness is descending. Darkness is encroaching. Darkness is engulfing the Globe. So much so that it’s becoming palatable.
Presently, this darkness is manifesting itself in at least two major ways.
*Number 1: The Elite of this present world-wide system desire to “be as gods.”
Let’s go back to the Garden again in Genesis 3.
1 Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. ——
The fascinating aspect of this was in Satan’s subtle implantation of a desire, the desire to “be as gods.” And ever since that moment in time, man has had the innate desire to “be as gods."
That is: Fallen mankind seeks God-like Omnipotence in order to gain control over mankind and this planet.
BUT, that kind of power only comes through an alliance with the entity that presented it to Adam and Eve in the Garden — SATAN.
*Number 2: The Elite of this present world-wide system desire to possess our children.
This is my present concern. It is THE most significant aspect upon which we need to focus our attention.
Satan’s pattern, his modus aperandi, has been the same since the Garden:
Subvert parental authority And then Sever the child’s allegiance to the parents.
Examples:
*Cain slew Abel: Not just Able but Cain also became severed from the parents.
*Pharaoh in Exodus 3:7-10
7 Then Pharaoh’s servants said to him, “How long shall this man be a snare to us? Let the men go, that they may serve the Lord their God. Do you not yet know that Egypt is destroyed?”
8 So Moses and Aaron were brought again to Pharaoh, and he said to them, “Go, serve the Lord your God. Who are the ones that are going?”
9 And Moses said, “We will go with our young and our old; with our sons and our daughters, with our flocks and our herds we will go, for we must hold a feast to the Lord.”
10 Then he said to them, “The Lord had better be with you when I let you and your little ones go! Beware, for evil is ahead of you.
11 Not so! Go now, you who are men, and serve the Lord, for that is what you desired.” And they were driven out from Pharaoh’s presence. ——
Satan, through the auspices of Pharaoh, wanted the children to remain behind — severed from the parents. They would then be indoctrinated and trained to become the next generation prepared for Pharaoh’s/Satan’s use.
*Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah — Some commentators suggest they were between the ages of 12-14.
Daniel 1
1 In the third year of the reign of Jehoiakim king of Judah came Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon unto Jerusalem, and besieged it.
2 And the Lord gave Jehoiakim king of Judah into his hand, with part of the vessels of the house of God: which he carried into the land of Shinar to the house of his god; and he brought the vessels into the treasure house of his god.
3 And the king spake unto Ashpenaz the master of his eunuchs, that he should bring certain of the children of Israel, and of the king's seed, and of the princes;
4 Children in whom was no blemish, but well favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, and cunning in knowledge, and understanding science, and such as had ability in them to stand in the king's palace, and whom they might teach the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans.
5 And the king appointed them a daily provision of the king's meat, and of the wine which he drank: so nourishing them three years, that at the end thereof they might stand before the king.
6 Now among these were of the children of Judah, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah:
7 Unto whom the prince of the eunuchs gave names: for he gave unto Daniel the name of Belteshazzar; and to Hananiah, of Shadrach; and to Mishael, of Meshach; and to Azariah, of Abednego.
Notice. After having severed the children from home and parent, the first thing the king does is change their names from that which reflects God’s ownership to that which reflects ownership by heathen gods.
In essence:
They are given new religious-state approved identities.
Daniel: “God is judge” / Belteshazzar: “May Bel protect his life”
Hananiah: “Yehovah is gracious” / Shadrach: (possibly) “Command of Aku” (the moon god)
Mishael: “Who is what God is?” / Meshach: (possibly) “Who is what Aku is?”
Azariah: “Whom Yehovah helps” / Abed-nego: “Servant of Nebo”
— There’s a two-fold strategy at work —
*1 - Sever the child psychologically and emotionally from the parents
*2 - Subvert/undermine parental authority until they have no choice but to hand over their rights and obligations as parents to the Government
Then …
That generation becomes the new material to be used and abused as deemed necessary.
And …
As we are seeing in America …
THE PARENTS AND CHILDREN BOTH THANK THEIR NEW CAPTORS FOR THEIR BENEVOLENT CARE.

Let me adjust the tone here from one that is rather gloomy to one where we live under the awareness that no matter what is happening God is still actively Sovereign in the affairs of His people.
We see this in a couple of verses in Daniel chapter 1:
*Verse 2: the Lord gave Jehoiakim king of Judah into his hand (This sets up the narrative for all that is to follow.)
*Verse 9: Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs.
*Verse 17: As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams. ——
For those of us who have children, grandchildren and great grandchildren alive now or in the coming days before the return of Yeshua …
We can rest in the assurance that, even though Satan Is After Our Children, God will watch over them and use them for His glory …
Even if the world they live in is being turned upside down and inside out.
